The Commercial Pizza Dough Proofing Box is designed to increase the storage life of dough while being easy to clean and stackable. With a choice of depths available, this box is perfect for dough proofing in commercial settings.

Despite being made up of multiple parts, these boxes are ideal for stacking in stable layers, saving space in the kitchen or during transport. Each top box also serves as a lid for the one below it, preventing air from entering and the development of a surface film on the dough. Only one lid is required per stack to cover the top box, making storage and transportation easy.

Constructed from high-density polyethylene (HD), these boxes offer resistance to impact, temperature changes, and wear and tear. The lateral ribs provide structural rigidity and prevent deformation. The design of the Stackable Pizza Dough Box ensures that air cannot pass through, preventing crusting from forming on the dough.

The Commercial Proofing Tray comes in options of 2 boxes with 1 lid or 5 boxes with 1 lid. Extra lids are also available for purchase in sets of 2 or 5. A Dough Box Dolly/Cart is offered, fitting trays of 23.6" x 15.74" (600mm x 400mm), as well as a Perforated Drying Tray for Fresh Pasta.

For home use, the Home Size Dough Proofing Tray is available in options of 1 or 2 units. These trays come in a size of 16"L x 12"W x 4"H, perfect for home baking needs.
