The Pizza Dough Proofing Box Commercial is designed to increase the storage life of dough while being easy to clean and stackable with a choice of depths. It is perfect for stacking in stable layers, saving space in the lab or during transport. Each top box also serves as a lid for the lower one, preventing air from entering and the development of a surface film on the dough.

Made of high-density polyethylene (HD), the boxes are resistant to impact, temperature changes, and wear and tear. The lateral ribs provide structural rigidity and prevent deformation. These Stackable Pizza Dough Boxes are designed to prevent the passage of air and the formation of crusting on the dough.

The commercial proofing trays come in sets of 2 boxes with 1 lid, or 5 boxes with 1 lid. Additional lids can be purchased separately in sets of 2 or 5. A Dough Box Dolly/Cart is available to fit 23.6" x 15.74" (600mm x 400mm) trays, as well as a perforated drying tray for fresh pasta.

In addition to the commercial options, there are also home size dough proofing trays available in sets of 1 or 2 units. These trays are made of HD polyethylene and feature lateral ribs for structural rigidity. They are ideal for any pizzeria, restaurant, or takeaway looking to improve their dough storage and proofing methods.
